At Shop Jedda, we take great care in crafting each piece and want you to love your purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

Returns
We do not accept returns on unwanted items or change of mind purchases. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, provided the damage was not caused by the consumer.

How to Report a Damaged Item

  1. Email us at HELLO@SHOPJEDDA.COM within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  2. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

  3. If a return is required, we will provide instructions, and return shipping costs may be covered at our discretion.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is deemed not damaged or does not meet our policy requirements, we may not be able to process a refund.

Clay Classes Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a clay class, you will receive a credit to use for a future class or in our online store. Refunds are not available for class cancellations.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Change of mind or unwanted items
